Please be aware that the following refund policy pertains exclusively to our information products and training programs. Our services are governed by distinct terms and conditions outlined in client contracts and proposal documents.

We are dedicated to delivering exceptional service to each customer. Given the immediate accessibility of our information products upon purchase and the nature of our business, there exists a 14-day full refund policy, effective from the date of purchase for most of our information products, unless otherwise specified. However, any special or limited discounts render the product non-refundable. Kindly note that if special bonuses, such as a 1-on-1 strategy call, are included, accepting these bonuses waives your right to a refund. All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted via email to: support@weblaxa.com. Requests made through other means will not be actioned until submitted via email.

Concerning subscription-based information products, you retain the right to cancel your subscription at any time, thereby halting any future billings. Similar to the above, cancellation requests must be communicated through email to: support@weblaxa.com. However, such requests must be received before the subsequent rebilling date. Requests for cancellation or refund made through alternative methods will not be processed until submitted via email. Notably, cancellation requests following a rebill payment cannot be refunded.

For subscription products, we adhere to the Consumer Rights procedure of the UK, allowing a 14-day cooling-off period for consumers. However, this right is waived once the purchased product or service has been streamed or downloaded.

Please note that information products bought through a payment plan do not qualify as subscription products. After the initial 14-day refund period elapses, and when an information product is purchased through a payment plan, all remaining payments become due. Requests for cancellation or refunds after the 14-day refund period for information products bought via a payment plan will not be processed.

Regarding LIVE events and workshops, unless explicitly stated otherwise, the 14-day refund policy applies. However, to qualify for a refund, notice must be provided at least 30 days before the event/workshop start date. Unfortunately, tickets bought within 30 days of the event are non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel and refund workshop attendees if we believe the workshop isn’t suitable for them or their business.
